The terms for using MIRA, including subscriptions and auto-renewal.
Welcome to MIRA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MIRA application and the website at bymira.ai (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using MIRA
MIRA lets you paste garment or clothing links and preview how items may look using AI-generated try-on images. You must be old enough to form a binding contract under your local law to use the Service. You agree to use MIRA only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and links you provide. You grant MIRA a limited license to process them solely to provide the try-on features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image you submit.
AI-generated results
Try-on images are AI-generated approximations for visualization only. They may not accurately reflect real-world fit, color, size, texture, or availability. MIRA does not guarantee that any item will look, fit, or perform as shown, and try-on results are not a substitute for a merchant’s own product information.
Purchases, credits & subscriptions
MIRA offers two kinds of purchase, both processed by Apple or Google depending on where you downloaded the app. MIRA does not receive or store your payment card details.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of try-ons to your balance. They are not subscriptions, do not renew, and the credits do not expire.
MIRA Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription. The following applies to it:
- Title: MIRA Unlimited.
- Length of subscription: one month per period.
- Price: displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices vary by country and store, and may change with notice.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your account will be charged for renewal, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Charge timing: renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Managing and cancelling: you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings after purchase — apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (iOS) or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancellation effect: cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their policies — reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play order history.
- Free try-ons: any unused portion of a free allowance is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Affiliate links
MIRA may display links to third-party retailers, some of which are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made directly with those retailers and are subject to their terms, pricing, and policies. MIRA is not the seller and is not responsible for third-party products, transactions, shipping, or returns.
Acceptable use
- Don’t upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts another person without their consent.
- Don’t misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don’t use the Service to create misleading, harmful, or deceptive imagery.
Intellectual property
The MIRA name, logo, software, and design are owned by MIRA and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use MIRA’s branding without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as MIRA evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
